+1. Click on 'Appraisal Template” under [Appraisal] section and you will arrive at Appraisal Template Listing View

+2. Click on '+ Add Appraisal Template” button on top right corner.

+3. Give this template a name and description.

+4. Insert the Key-Result Area (KRA) and Weightage in the table (e.g. Sales Target | RM10,000).

+5. Insert the Criteria and Weightage in the table (e.g. Sales Target | RM10,000). (Optional)

+6. Click Save to create new Interview Round.
