Appraisal Template

You can define the KRAs and Feedback Criteria based on which employees would be rated in the Appraisal Template.

Navigation : Home > My Performance > Appraisal > Appraisal Template

  1. Click on 'Appraisal Template” under [Appraisal] section and you will arrive at Appraisal Template Listing View
  2. Click on '+ Add Appraisal Template” button on top right corner.
  3. Give this template a name and description.
  4. Insert the Key-Result Area (KRA) and Weightage in the table (e.g. Sales Target | 20%).
  5. Insert the Criteria and Weightage in the table (e.g. Sales Performance | 30%). Add the Criteria based on which employees should be rated in Performance Feedback and Self Appraisal.
  6. Click Save to create new Appraisal Template.
  7. Once you create the templates, you can link them to the one or multiple Designation.
