+###Prerequisites
+Before creating a Leave Allocation, it is advisable you create the following documents:
+• Employee
+• Leave Type
+• Leave Period
+• Leave Policy
+
+1. Click on 'Leave Allocation’ under [Allocation] section and you will arrive at Leave Allocation Listing
+2. Click ‘+ Add Leave Allocation’ to create a new Leave Allocation.
+3. Select the Employee, Leave Type, From Date and To Date.
+4. Enter the number of New Leaves Allocated for that Leave Type.
+5. Click Save and Submit and a new Leave Allocation is created.

+###Notes:
+1. You will not have to create Leave Allocation one-by-one. Create Leave Policy and assigned to user will automatically be granted to employee. This is use when you want to grant additional leave to a user.
+2. Enable the 'Add unused leaves from previous allocations' option in case you want to carry forward unused leaves from the previous allocation period for this Leave Type.
