Leave Allocation

Leave Allocation enables you to allocate a specific number of leaves of a particular type to an Employee.

Navigation : Home > My Leaves > Allocation > Leave Allocation

Prerequisites

Before creating a Leave Allocation, it is advisable you create the following documents:

            • Employee
            • Leave Type
            • Leave Period
            • Leave Policy

  1. Click on 'Leave Allocation’ under [Allocation] section and you will arrive at Leave Allocation Listing
  2. Click ‘+ Add Leave Allocation’ to create a new Leave Allocation.
  3. Select the Employee, Leave Type, From Date and To Date.
  4. Enter the number of New Leaves Allocated for that Leave Type.
  5. Click Save and Submit and a new Leave Allocation is created.

Notes:

  1. You will not have to create Leave Allocation one-by-one. Create Leave Policy and assigned to user will automatically be granted to employee. This is use when you want to grant additional leave to a user.
  2. Enable the 'Add unused leaves from previous allocations' option in case you want to carry forward unused leaves from the previous allocation period for this Leave Type.
