+###Prerequisites
+Before creating an Appointment Letter, it is advisable you create the following documents:
+• Job Applicant
+
+1. Click on 'Appointment Letter’ under [Time] section and you will arrive at Appointment Letter Listing
+2. Click ‘+ Add Appointment Letter’ to create a new Appointment Letter.
+3. Select the Job Applicant and Appointment Date.
+4. If you have created Appointment Letter Templates, you can select here to autofill the content.
+5. Or you can manually fill Introduction, Terms and Closing Statement.
+6. Click on Save.
+7. After saving, go to the Print View to view and save the PDF of the Appointment letter.
