Appointment Letter
The letter written by the employer requesting the selected candidates to join in a specific position.

Prerequisites
Before creating an Appointment Letter, it is advisable you create the following documents:
- Click on 'Appointment Letter’ under [Time] section and you will arrive at Appointment Letter Listing
- Click ‘+ Add Appointment Letter’ to create a new Appointment Letter.
- Select the Job Applicant and Appointment Date.
- If you have created Appointment Letter Templates, you can select here to autofill the content.
- Or you can manually fill Introduction, Terms and Closing Statement.
- Click on Save.
- After saving, go to the Print View to view and save the PDF of the Appointment letter.
