Appointment Letter

The letter written by the employer requesting the selected candidates to join in a specific position.

Prerequisites

Before creating an Appointment Letter, it is advisable you create the following documents:

            • Job Applicant

  1. Click on 'Appointment Letter’ under [Time] section and you will arrive at Appointment Letter Listing
  2. Click ‘+ Add Appointment Letter’ to create a new Appointment Letter.
  3. Select the Job Applicant and Appointment Date.
  4. If you have created Appointment Letter Templates, you can select here to autofill the content.
  5. Or you can manually fill Introduction, Terms and Closing Statement.
  6. Click on Save.
  7. After saving, go to the Print View to view and save the PDF of the Appointment letter.
