Employee Onboarding 

In the process of hiring an Employee, there are set of standard activities which need to be executed. This feature helps you to maintain the masters of these activities, and create a set of tasks at the time of each Employee hiring.

Prerequisites

Before creating an Employee Onboarding, it is advisable you create the following documents:

            • Employee Onboarding Template

  1. Click on 'Employee Onboarding’ under [Onboarding] section and you will arrive at Employee Onboarding Listing
  2. Click ‘+ Add Employee Onboarding’ to create a new Employee Onboarding.
  3. Select the Job Applicant & Job Offer.
  4. You can select Employee Onboarding Template and onboarding Activities can be auto populated.
  5. Select the Date of Joining and Onboarding Begins On date. 6.Enter the Department, Designation and Employee Grade for this employee(optional). 7.Mention the Activities for onboarding. For each Activity, you can also mention the User or Role to whom this Activity will be assigned.
  6. You can also schedule the Exiting Activities by inserting the Begin On (Days) and Duration (in Days).
  7. Click Save and a new Employee Onboarding is created.
