Support Ticket

Navigation : My Subscriptions > All Sites > Raise Support Ticket

  1. When you start using ByondHR System and found any bugs or required any support, you are allow to raise a support ticket, the ByondHR Team is ready to support
  2. To do that, click the "Action" menu located at the top right in Subscription Details page, then select "Raise Support Ticket"
  3. It will navigate you to a workspace where you can raise a new support ticket and track the ticket status from there

To get started on how to raise a support ticket, you can refer to the following actions:

View Support Ticket

  1. In Support Ticket workspace, you will able to see list of tickets that has been raised previously in the table
  2. There are subject, status and created date columns showing easier for you to find the ticket
  3. In case you want to only show Open / Closed tickets, there is a filter showing above table for you to do the filtering. Filter that you had done will direct reflect the ticket result in the table
  4. To see the ticket details, just click the ticket subject, it will navigate you to the ticket details page

Support Ticket Action

  1. In ticket details page, you are able to see the conversation between you and ByondHR Support Team regarding the ticket raised
  2. To response the ticket, you can enter into message column and click "send" button. If you have any file/picture to attach, do select the "attachment" icon
  3. If the ticket is has been resolved, update the ticket by click on the "Mark as resolved" button, the ticket will mark as closed

Create new Support Ticket

  1. To create new Support Ticket, click the "New Ticket" button that located at the top right position. It will navigate you to a new ticket page
  2. Select the ticket type, either Question, Bug or Incident, depending on what ticket you want to raise
  3. After that, enter your subject and details. Then click "Create" button
        • If you have any file / photo to attach in this ticket, do select the "attachment" icon
  4. A new ticket will be created and display in the Support Ticket list
  5. ByondHR Support Team will receive notification regarding the new ticket raised and perform action
