HR Manager, and HR User are the manager of ByondHR. Both of the roles have functionalities to view, approved and rejected request of employee. They can also assigned shift, generate Payroll of all employee. The only differences is HR Manager will be responsible for the approval of HR User activities.

In this handbook, we have categorize all functions into three main categories: Mandatory Setup, Master Configuration and Daily Activities.

Categories	Description
Mandatory Setup	This is what you must configure when you first use ByondHR.
Master Configuration	In each module, we separate Configuration and Activities for easier viewing experience. Configuration is the master setup of daily activities. If the configuration is not complete, activities will be affected.
Daily Activities	In each module, we separate Configuration and Activities for easier viewing experience. Activities are the day-to-day operations that you will be focusing on.
