Exit Interview

An Exit Interview is a survey interview conducted for an Employee who is leaving the organization.

Prerequisites

Exit Interview is created for an Employee who has resigned or is being terminated. Hence it is mandatory to set the Relieving Date for the Employee in the Employee master.

  1. Click on 'Exit Interview’ under [Exit] section and you will arrive at Exit Interview Listing
  2. Click ‘+ Add Exit Interview’ to create a new Exit Interview.
  3. Select one Employee, corresponding information such as Department, Designation and Employee Grade will automatically get fetched.
  4. The status will be Pending by default.
  5. When the Interview is scheduled, set the Date, select the Interviewers, and change status to Scheduled.
  6. You can record the Interview Summary during the Interview.
  7. Once the Exit Interview is completed, you can change the status to Completed. Final Decision can be recorded on completion (Employee Retained / Exit Confirmed).
  8. Click Save and Submit, a new Exit Interview is created. On submission, the Exit Interview Date will be updated in the Employee master.
