Prerequisites

Before creating an Interview Feedback, it is advisable you create the following documents:

            • Interview
            • Interview Round
            • Job Applicant

  1. If you received notification to attend Interview, access into Interview via email link.
  2. In the Interview document, click ‘Create Interview Feedback.’

Or you can create feedback from listing:

  1. Click on ‘Interview Feedback’ under [Interviews] section and you will arrive at Interview Feedback Listing
  2. Click ‘+ Add Interview Feedback’ to create a new Interview Feedback.
  3. Insert Interview that you want to provide feedback for, if you create Interview Feedback from Interview then this field will be auto fetched.
  4. Interviewer also will be auto fetched.
  5. In ‘Skill Assessment’ table, provide your rating. You can insert comment under ‘Feedback’.
  6. Select your result (Cleared or Rejected).
  7. Click Save and Submit, a new Interview Feedback will be created.
  8. Saved Interview Feedback will fetch into Interview > Feedback table.
