Employee Transfer

Employee Transfer is a form of internal mobility, in which the Employee is shifted from one job to another usually at a different location, department, or unit. It is advisable to use Employee Transfer to keep track of your employee's employment journey so that the history can be tracked.

Navigation : Home > My Employee Lifecycle > Journey > Employee Transfer

  1. Click on 'Employee Transfer’ under [Journey] section and you will arrive at Employee Transfer Listing
  2. Click ‘+ Add Employee Transfer’ to create a new Employee Transfer.
  3. Select the Employee and the Transfer Date.
  4. You can select the new company if this employee is transferred to another company within your company group (Optional).
  5. You can select properties and current value will be shown. Insert the new value for this promotion (for instance, select property - Department; current – Accounts; New – Management).
  6. Tick ‘Create New Employee Id” if this transferred employee required new employee id.
  7. Click Save and a new Employee Transfer is created.

Notes:

  1. If ‘Create New Employee ID’ is ticked, a new Employee will be created with property changes in Transfer Details table and old Employee will be marked as relieved. Leave allocations for the new Employee have to be manually created from Leave Period.
