Prerequisites

Before creating an EA Form, it is advisable you create the following documents:

            • Employee
            • Employee Taxation Information
            • Company Taxation Information

  1. Click on ‘EA Form’ under [Yearly Remuneration Statement] section and you will arrive at EA Form.
  2. Click ‘+ Add EA Form’ to create a new EA Form.
  3. Select the Company, then the Employee. The Particulars of Employee will be auto fetched.
  4. Select Posting Date, and the Period (From and To) of this EA Form. The Year will reflect on the period you selected.
  5. You can select the officer responsible for creating this form. Information of Employer and Officer will be auto fetched.
  6. Click Save and Submit.
  7. Click the Printer button to preview and print the form.
