Before you start using your ByondHR site, it needs to be implemented correctly for it to function effectively. We highly recommend finding an implementer, preferably an HR Manager familiar with all HR and payroll processes, to handle the initial setup. The implementer should allocate dedicated time for the implementation process. Usually, this may require a few hours of their time, but the results will save you significant time and effort in managing complex HR and payroll processes.
