EA Form Bulk Create

Prerequisites

Before creating an EA Form Bulk Create, it is advisable you create the following documents:

            • Employee
            • Employee Taxation Information
            • Company Taxation Information

  1. Click on ‘EA Form Bulk Create’ under [Yearly Remuneration Statement] section and you will arrive at EA Form Bulk Create Listing
  2. Click ‘+ Add EA Form Bulk Create’ to create a new EA Form Bulk Create.
  3. Select Posting Date, and the Period (From and To) of this EA Form. The Year will reflect on the period you selected.
  4. You can bulk select by a category (Branch, Department, Designation) then Save.
  5. Once Save, a button Get Employees will show, you can one-click to insert all employee of such category (say a Branch).
  6. Click ‘Create EA Form’ and selected employees EA Form will be created.
