Prerequisites

Before creating an CP22A, it is advisable you create the following documents:

            • Employee
            • Employee Taxation Information
            • Company Taxation Information

  1. Click on ‘CP22A’ under [Incentives] section and you will arrive at CP22A Listing
  2. Click ‘+ Add CP22A’ to create a new CP22A.
  3. Select the departed Employee, all relevant personal details (including details in Marriage Details) will be auto fetched.
  4. Select Company and all relevant details will be auto fetched.
  5. Select Form Date, select Type of Retirement, Salary Payable to Employee and Total Zakat Paid in Current Year (Optional).
  6. Any undeclared external income can be insert in Other Incomes table.
  7. Insert any relevant details in Option Details.
  8. You can select the (Authorized Officer) employee that create this form.
  9. Click Save and Submit and CP22A will be created.
  10. Click the Printer button to preview and print the form.
