Interview

Interview is created when suitable candidates has recorded in system.

Navigation : Home > My Recruitment > Interviews > Interview

Prerequisites

Before creating an Interview, it is advisable you create the following documents:

            • Job Applicant
            • Interview Round  

  1. Click on 'Interview’ under [Interviews] section and you will arrive at Interview Listing
  2. Click ‘+ Add Interview’ to create a new Interview.
  3. Select Interview Round, Designation and Interviewer will be auto populated.
  4. You can modify or add additional Interviewer in Feedback table (Optional).
  5. Select Job Applicant, Job Opening will be auto populated.
  6. Choose the date and time (Scheduled On, From Time and To Time) for this interview.
  7. Click Save and the interview is scheduled. Notification will send to Interviewer.

Notes:

  1. When creating Interview, only Interviews with Cleared or Rejected status can be submitted.
  2. To complete the Interview process, please refer to Interview Feedback.
