Attendance Request

Using the Attendance Request, employees can submit their attendance request for the days when their attendance wasn't marked due to various reasons such as on-site duty or work from home. Attendance Request can also be used for Attendance Regularization to overwrite existing attendance records.

Prerequisites

Before creating an Attendance Request, it is advised that you create the following first:

            • Employee

  1. Click on ‘Attendance Request’ under [Attendance] section and you will arrive at Attendance Request Listing
  2. Click ‘+ Add Attendance Request’ to create a new Attendance Request.
  3. Insert Employee. Once insert, Name and Department of the employee will be auto fetched.
  4. Set the From Date & To Date. You can tick ‘Half Day’ if applicable.
  5. Select the Reason and insert explanation.
  6. Click Save and a new Attendance Request will be created.
  7. HR personnel access to this Attendance Request and submit the form.
  8. Once submitted, Attendance will be auto created.

Request for Attendance in bulk

Employees can also request for attendance for an entire month or week. On submission, attendance marking is skipped for holidays or leave days.

Attendance warnings are shown on the request dashboard for the same:

Notes:

  1. You can check the 'Half Day' checkbox and enter the Date in case the attendance is for Half Day.
  2. On submission of the same, Attendance documents will be created for the days you mentioned as shown.
