View EA Form

Navigation : Home > MY Tax & Benefits > Yearly Remuneration Statement > EA Form

  1. Click on ‘EA Form’ under [Yearly Remuneration Statement] section and you will arrive at EA Form Listing.
  2. Click on your EA Form record to view.
  3. You can view your summary of the employee's earnings from the employer for the year.
  4. Click the Printer button to preview and print the form.
