Leave Policy Assignment

You can assign a Leave Policy to employee via this document.

Navigation : Home > HR Module > Leaves > Setup > Leave Policy Assignment

  1. Click on ‘Leave Policy Assignment’ under [Setup] section and you will arrive at Leave Policy Assignment Listing
  2. Click on ‘+ Add Leave Policy Assignment’ to create new Leave Policy Assignment
  3. Select the employee to assigned, employee name will show upon selection.
  4. Select Leave Policy that this employee is eligible for.
  5. To define how the leaves will be allocated to employee, select ‘Assignment based on’:

Leave PeriodSelect a Leave Period. The Effective date range will be set automatically. Employee who joined mid-year will not have full earned leave
Joining DateYou have to insert the effective last date.
  1. You can tick ‘Add unused leaves from previous allocations’ if this is not the first Leave Policy Assignment assigned to employee. This only have impact on carry forward leave.
  2. Once complete, click Save and Submit and system will automatically allocate all leaves via Leave Allocation to the employee. Earned Leave will be allocate separately based on properties set by you previously.
