Employee Skill Map 

Employee Skill Map is a record which helps your organization track your Employee's skill sets and trainings.

Navigation : Home > My Employee Lifecycle > Onboarding > Employee Skill Map

  1. Click on 'Employee Skill Map’ under [Onboarding] section and you will arrive at Employee Skill Map Listing
  2. Click ‘+ Add Employee Skill Map’ to create a new Employee Skill Map.
  3. Select an employee, Designation and Employee Name will be auto mapped.
  4. In Employee Skills table, you can create or insert new Skill.
  5. Set the Proficiency level (1-lowest, 5-highest) and the Evaluation Date.
  6. If the Employee is lacking in any skill, you can schedule trainings for the Employee.
  7. Under the Trainings table, select the Training Event and the Training Date.
  8. Click Save and a new Employee Skill Map is created.
